How it works: four steps

Our simple four-step process
Every project follows the same clear path, with no pressure and no surprises along the way:
You see it before we cut
A 3D view in the configurator, or a drawing from us. Nothing is cut until you approve it.
Step 2: Bespoke 3D design and quote
Next we create a bespoke 3D design so you can see your new furniture before anything is built, along with a clear, itemised quote. You will know exactly what you are getting and what it costs, and we refine the design with you until it is right.
Step 3: Precision manufacturing
Once you approve the design, we take precise final measurements and build your furniture to order in our own workshop, using quality materials and finishes. Because we manufacture ourselves, we control the quality at every stage.
Step 4: Expert installation
Finally, our own fitters install everything cleanly and on time, working tidily and treating your home with care. We finish the job properly and leave you with furniture that is made to last, backed by our aftercare.
What you can expect from us
Throughout the project you get clear communication, honest pricing and craftsmanship we stand over. You deal with one team from start to finish, so nothing gets lost between designer, maker and fitter.
Everything handled in-house
We design, manufacture and install every piece ourselves. There is no flat-pack and no subcontractors, which means the quality and the responsibility stay in our hands from the first sketch to the final fit.
How long it takes
Wardrobes and under-stairs units 4–6 weeks. Kitchens 4–8 weeks. Fitting is one day for most wardrobes.

Whether you are ready to start now or just gathering ideas, we are happy to help. There is no obligation, and the consultation, design and quote are completely free.
Paying
Deposit and balance terms are written on your quote. Nothing is due until the design and price are agreed.
Prices include VAT. There are no extras on fitting day unless you ask for them.

Can I order without a visit?
Yes, for configurator products if you trust your measurements. We still recommend the free consultation.
Is the consultation free?
Yes, at our Swords workshop. A home visit to measure is paid and free when you order online.
What if it does not match the design?
We fix it at our cost. It is our drawing and our cut.
Who fits it?
Our own team, never subcontractors.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price is in euro including 23 % VAT.
