What we collect

• Room measurements and photos you send.
• Configurations you save or order.
• Order and delivery details.
• Website analytics, if you allow them.

Why we collect it

To quote, make, deliver and fit your furniture, and to answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond the suppliers below.

The configurator and saved designs

When you save a design, we store its measurements and options under a code in the page link. If you ask us to email the design, we store your email with it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We never see or store your card number.

WhatsApp and email

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation sits on your phone and ours, under Meta terms. Email is hosted with our website host.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit only with your consent. See the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for [RETENTION]. Orders and invoices for six years, because Revenue requires it. Saved configurations until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email info@ajf.ie and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
