Slab or Shaker fronts
Flat slab, grooved or five-piece Shaker doors, painted or woodgrain, with soft-close hinges.
Full access to every shelf and rail
One advantage of hinged doors over sliding is access. Every door opens fully, so you can see and reach the whole interior at once, with no panel blocking half the wardrobe. It makes daily use easier and suits rooms where there is space for doors to open.
Designed around your storage
We plan the inside around what you need to store, combining hanging, shelves and drawers in the right mix. A typical fitted wardrobe brings together:
Built into alcoves, chimney breasts and sloped walls
Fitted wardrobes are ideal for tricky spaces. We build around chimney breasts, into alcoves and up to sloped or low ceilings, turning awkward corners into useful, floor-to-ceiling storage with a neat, made-to-measure finish.
Ideas for hinged fitted wardrobes
Popular options include full-height mirrored doors to bring light into the room, internal LED lighting, a mix of glazed and solid doors, and a dedicated section for shoes, bags or a dressing area. Bring your ideas to the consultation and we will shape them into a practical design.

Materials, finishes and options
Your wardrobe is built around your room and your storage, inside and out. Choose from sliding, hinged and open walk-in designs, with doors in painted finishes, woodgrain, high-gloss, mirror and glass. Inside, we tailor the fit-out to you: full-length hanging, double hanging, adjustable shelving, drawers, shoe racks, pull-out rails, jewellery trays and soft-close fittings, with optional LED lighting. Every unit is made to measure, including runs built into sloped, attic and awkward spaces where off-the-shelf furniture will not fit.
How much does a fitted wardrobe cost?
As a rough guide, fitted wardrobes in Ireland typically start from around €1,500 for a single wall and run to €4,000 or more for a larger run, with walk-in dressing rooms usually starting from around €4,000, depending on size, finishes and the interior fit-out. Every wardrobe is made to measure, so we price each project individually and give you a clear, itemised quote after your free consultation at our Swords workshop, with no obligation.
