Who you are dealing with

Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for 30 days. An order starts when you approve the drawing or the online configuration and pay the deposit.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euro and include VAT at 23 %. Online prices for wardrobes and under-stairs storage include delivery in Co. Dublin and fitting by our team, unless the configurator says otherwise.

Deposit and balance

Deposit and balance terms are stated on your quote or order confirmation. Nothing is due before you approve the design and the price.

Measurements

If you order from your own measurements, they are your responsibility. Book a consultation and we will check them, or a paid home visit to measure, which is free when you order and pay online.

Changes

Changes before cutting are usually free. After cutting we charge for the panels already made, at cost.

Lead times

Wardrobes and under-stairs units 4–6 weeks, kitchens 4–8 weeks, from the approved drawing. Dates are estimates; we tell you as soon as anything moves.

Delivery and fitting

Made-to-measure goods

Everything we make is cut to your sizes, so it cannot be resold. Once production starts, an order cannot be cancelled for a refund of the deposit. Faulty or wrongly made items are always our problem to fix.

Guarantee

The guarantee period is stated on your order confirmation. It covers manufacturing and fitting, not water damage, misuse or work by others. If a door drops or a drawer sticks, call us and we come back.
