Our dream kitchen was designed and installed by Eugene and his team, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. They have also custom deisgned our utility room, which has stood the test of time and we chose Eugene's team for our next, biggest project so far - the kitchen. Here’s a breakdown of why they absolutely deserve 5 stars:

Planning & Design
Eugene went above and beyond during the planning stage. He visited our home several times to take precise measurements, walk through the space, and really understand how we wanted the kitchen to function - he was able to pinpoint all the painpoints I had in my poorly planned kitchen, thanks to his extensive expertise. We were also invited to review the project in their office, where all our wants and needs were welcomed and quickly incorporated into the design. It felt like a true collaboration — nothing was too much trouble.

Materials
The range of materials and colour options they offer is fantastic. We had plenty of beautiful, high-quality options to choose from, which made it easy to find exactly what matched our style. Eugene's advice on colour combinations was very valuable!

Professionalism
Everything you’d hope for in a custom furniture company is here. They’re highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work.

Installation & Craftsmanship
The installation was neat, tidy, and executed with expertise. Each day after they wrapped up, they left the space tidy, with materials neatly put away and you could actually walk through the space. Eugene’s attention to detail is unmatched — he’s genuinely, almost annoyingly a perfectionist (in the best possible way!). He ensures every edge, alignment, and element is exactly as it should be. As he said himself, “ it’s about how happy it makes you feel.” And honestly, our new kitchen doesn’t just look beautiful — it's functional; all the neighbours that have checked it out have been in awe.

Responsiveness & After-Sales Support
They’re always quick to respond, clear in their updates, and proactive in following up. After installation, they came out multiple times to make sure everything was perfect — you really feel supported every step of the way.

Final Thoughts
This was custom furniture done right. Beautiful design, great materials, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service throughout. We’re beyond happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend AJ Quality Furniture to anyone looking for quality with a personal touch.

Thank you Eugene, Karina and team - wishing you all the deserved success and even bigger projects in the future!

A huge thank you to Eugene, Karina, and the entire team at AJ Quality Furniture.

Finding a truly reliable, trustworthy, and customer-centred company isn't easy. Their exceptional work, from design to communication and delivery, exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them.

We felt like we were working with friends rather than tradespeople, and our new living room alcove units and custom wardrobes have transformed our home.

Until the next project!

Hightly recommended! We had a very tight budget but needed the build-in wardrobe urgently after pyrate remediation works. Eugene understood and accepted our situation and recommended how can he make the cheaper version which did suit us very well! Thanks to everyone envolved :)
